1.1 Service Overview
TPA Service (“the Service”) is designed to assist individuals who are unable to purchase tickets on the official sale date or who wish to have a backup option. Under this service, tickets will be secured under the client’s name and account, ensuring full ownership and accountability.
1.2 Ticket Acquisition
All tickets are acquired in the same manner as any other buyer. TPA Service does not control queueing, system operations, or insider ticketing information. Availability is subject to event demand, and seats are not guaranteed. The Service does not use bots or other automated means to secure tickets.
1.3 Forms and Documentation
Prior to the ticketing date, the following forms will be sent to clients:
TCs Form: for review and acknowledgment of these terms.
Reservation Form: to settle the service fee and secure your preferred slots.
Final Form: to collect personal information and seat preferences necessary for the ticketing process.

Process

2.1 Slot Reservation
TPA Service slots will be automatically reserved once the reservation form is completed. A confirmation message will be sent to the client via direct message once paid and submitted.
2.2 Ticket Securing
Tickets will be secured based on either:
• The queue generated by the client’s account on the ticketing platform; or
• A first-come, first-served basis according to the timestamp in the reservation form, if no waiting room system is in place.
2.3 Personal Information
Any additional details required to complete ticketing will be collected through the Final Form, which will be sent closer to the sale date.
2.4 Data Privacy
Clients will receive continuous updates throughout the ticketing process regarding ticket availability, seat selection and purchase status. All personal information provided will be permanently deleted after the ticketing process is completed to ensure privacy and data security.

Payment

3.1 Service Fees
TPA Service fees are charged on a per-ticket basis and must be paid in full when completing the reservation form. Each reserved slot incurs a separate service fee.
3.2 Ticket Payment
The estimated ticket price, including booking charges, will be collected through the Final Form. Clients may choose one of the following payment methods:
TPAs card: you provide the ticket payment in advance, and we will process it using our card with an additional of ₱150 per ticket.
Client’s card: you provide your own card details, and we will use them to complete the payment.

Policies

4.1 Cancellations
TPA Slot cancellations are strictly prohibited once this form is submitted. Please be fully committed, as only half of the service fee will be refunded if you wish to cancel your slot.
4.2 Refunds
If we are unable to secure your tickets, you will receive a full refund of the ticket payment, if applicable. However, only a portion of the service fee is refundable to cover the resources and effort of the team:
• For regular events: 50% if held in the Philippines
• For regular events: 25% if held in other countries

Note

For future events without a confirmed ticketing date: if we are unavailable on the scheduled ticketing date, your service fee will be fully refunded. We reserve the right to cancel your slot if we are unable to secure tickets due to unavailability.
